Our Approach:
True-North Counselling offers options for emotional, physical, and client-based spirituality counselling for victorious daily living through neuro-linguistic, somatic experiencing, trauma-informed internal family systems, relapse-prevention strategies, and creative arts modalities.
We believe in a wholistic approach to mental health, combining empathy, expertise, and personalized care to help clients navigate life's challenges. As your counsellor, I am dedicated to creating a safe, supportive, and confidential space for you to explore your emotions, thoughts, and experiences. With a focus on empowerment and growth, we are committed to fostering resilience, self-awareness, and positive change in every individual we work with.
Whether you are seeking individual therapy, couples counselling, or family support, we tailor our services to meet your unique needs.
Our focus is to satisfy our clients as per their personally disclosed presenting issue(s) and goal(s) set. Clients are asked to reflect on their self-evaluation and progress throughout each session, as well as their progress in between consecutive sessions. Our Counsellor will assess and evaluate each client's individual situation(s) and offer observations, options, and suggestions as indicated by the progress and satisfaction of the client.
