Our services do not include medical diagnosis or treatment. We do not prescribe medication, and we are not a substitute for advice or treatment from a licensed medical or psychiatric professional. If you are experiencing a medical emergency or are in crisis, please call emergency services or go to the nearest emergency room immediately. -

All information shared in sessions is treated with strict confidentiality, in accordance with applicable laws and professional ethical standards. However, confidentiality may be broken in cases where there is a legal obligation to disclose, such as when there is a risk of harm to self or others, suspected abuse, or as otherwise required by law. -

10.Video/Telephone Counselling
Video/Telephone Counselling is provided as a structured therapeutic service
conducted via phone ensuring confidentiality, professional boundaries, and informed
consent. Clients are responsible for ensuring they are in a private, confidential
setting where they cannot be overheard or interrupted during telephone counselling
sessions. Telephone Counselling is not intended for crisis or emergency situations, and clients in immediate risk must contact emergency services or a crisis hotline.
11. Data Retention
We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the
purposes outlined in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
12. Changes to This Policy
