It helps individuals honour their experiences while learning to adjust and rebuild to their next meaningful life transition, make meaning and memory rituals, maintain connections to the person lost, and strengthen relationships and communication. This may incorporate Somatic Counselling Techniques to promote the mourner's physical and emotional well-being. Loss and Grief Recovery Counselling reduces isolation while connecting you to resources, lowering the risk of prolonged or complicated grief.
