Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Refund Policy

At True-North Master Wellness & Life Coaching, Counselling, and Consultation, we value your time and ours. To provide the best service to all our clients, we kindly ask that you review and follow our cancellation policy:

1.   Notice Period
      Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before your

      scheduled session. For group sessions, workshops, or intensives, we require 48

      hours’ notice.
2.   Late Cancellations & No-Shows
      Sessions cancelled with less than the required notice will be charged 50% of the

      session fee. Missed appointments without notice (“no-shows”) will be charged the full

      session fee.
3.   Rescheduling
      If you provide notice within the required timeframe, you may reschedule your session

      at no additional cost (subject to availability).
4.   Emergencies
      We understand that emergencies happen. If you are facing an unexpected emergency,

      please contact us as soon as possible. Fees may be waived at our discretion.
5.   Counsellor Cancellations
      If your counsellor needs to cancel or reschedule, you will be notified promptly, and

      your session will be rescheduled at the earliest available time. No additional charges

      will apply.
