Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Refund Policy

At True-North Community Counselling we value your time and ours. To provide the best service to all our clients, we kindly ask that you review and follow our cancellation policy:

Notice Period

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled session.

For group sessions, workshops, or intensives, we require 48 hours’ notice.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows

Sessions cancelled with less than the required notice will be charged 50% of the session fee.

Missed appointments without notice (“no-shows”) will be charged the full session fee.

Rescheduling

If you provide notice within the required timeframe, you may reschedule your session at no additional cost (subject to availability).

Emergencies
-
We understand that emergencies happen. If you are facing an unexpected emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. Fees may be waived at our discretion.

Counsellor Cancellations
-
If your counsellor needs to cancel or reschedule, you will be notified promptly, and your session will be rescheduled at the earliest available time. No additional charges will apply.
